Training Programs
Winter Workouts help players get bigger, faster, stronger, smarter and better for spring.
Faster, Stronger, Smarter
The players who are best prepared to take the field in spring keep their training going all winter long.
At Baseball Unlimited, our players, from 11 year olds to high schoolers, train for 16 to 19 weeks over the off-season.
Players train one day a week at BBU facilities with Owner Rich Cordani and other expert coaches. Each player gets personal instruction. Classes have a maximum of 14 players and are divided into three groups. Player groups rotate through cages, each focused on a different skill over the practice time.

BBU makes
All-Stars.
Training programs for 11- and 12-year-olds run from late November to the end of March, when weekend games begin. They are one day a week for 2.5 hours.
Training for 13- to-17-year-olds is from late November through the third Monday in March. Weekly practices are 3 hours long.
In both instances, players combine the skills and knowledge gained from training at BBU with additional practice time at home to be mentally and physically conditioned to take the field in spring at the start of the season in mid-season shape, ready to help take their team to the next level.
High school players benefit from exposure to recruiters through showcases, and league games, tournaments and playoffs.
Many players who attend BBU’s winter training programs opt to go deeper with their lessons in winter or continue training in spring through one-on-one lessons with Rich.
Players who want the benefits of one-on-one coaching can sign up for half-hour or hour-long private lessons with one of our seasoned coaches/instructors. Whether they want to stay sharp with their skills during the off-season or get extra training between games, private lessons allow players to get the targeted training they want. No matter the focus of a private session, players leave with higher confidence and better skills.
Private lessons are a great option for families who aren’t ready to commit to joining the BBU Tigers and our off-season training programs. For non-members lessons are $150 per hour, $75 for thirty minutes. For members it is $120 per hour and $60 for thirty minutes.
Fine-tune your game through one-on-one lessons with Rich.
